Hey, sorry about the late reply! Rolling back did fix it, it was only back from 5.4.12 to 5.4.11, but it did fix it. It’s not ideal but that’s the only thing I found that worked. I hope that helps!

I JUST TRIED IT, IT MADE ME SNEEZE 22 TIMES BEFORE I HAD FINISHED THE BOTTLE, WHICH MEANS IT’S TOXIC TO HUMANS SO IT HAS SOME ADDITIVE IN IT, THE OTHER DRINKS MAKE ME SNEEZE AN HOUR AFTER I’VE DRANK THEM , MUST BE SOME MORE DEAD RATS SOMEWHERE, I HAD A BIT OF TROUBLE WRITING THIS SO IT MUST AFFECT ONES THINKING AS WELL .

Did you ever look anymore into this. Also having the same problem with PHP 5.4… Not using Nginx on ours, Apache 2.

Did rolling back PHP help? Not that enthusiastic to do that to fix.

Hey Stu,

Didn’t see your comments there, sorry about that! I’m glad it helped you out! When I first swapped out the hard drive I turned off the N4100. So when it booted back up, it immediately allowed me to set it as a spare. I have since swapped out another drives without shutting it down and noticed the same thing you mentioned, it had to be rebooted before allowing it to be marked as a spare.

If you are running a RAID 5 array you should continue to have constant access to everything on the NAS with a single disk failure, it will just be very slow read and write speeds.

I just got off the phone to O’Briens after reading this and all I can say is U got seriously lucky with the customer service!
They want me to drive to a place to have it looked at otherwise they’ll only come out to replace my windscreen. I think it can be fixed but they won’t even look at it! The lady was really rude on the phone when she asked me how I was going to pay. All I had asked for was an appointment for someone to have a look. And the place I’d have to drive to is about an hour away. Needless to say I’ve made an appointment with one of the little guys!
